Rep. Pettersen Releases Video and Highlights from First Year in Congress

DENVER—U.S. Representative Brittany Pettersen (CO-07) today released a video recapping her first year in office and highlighting her work on legislation, casework, and community outreach to help the people of Colorado’s 7th Congressional District. Click here to access a high-quality, downloadable version of the video with subtitles, and click here for a version without subtitles.

“It is the greatest honor of my life to be able to represent my community in Congress. I grew up in this district and served in the Colorado state legislature for a decade before heading to D.C. to increase opportunities for regular people like me,” said Pettersen. “While far too many people in Washington are focused on partisanship and dysfunction, I’ve spent this first year working on delivering real results. We’ve worked on legislation to address the opioid crisis, increase access to affordable housing and childcare, and improve lives across Colorado. I’ve met with people across our eight counties and my team has helped thousands of residents, secured millions in grant funding for our district, and so much more.”
